Initial Covid Test Date: Tuesday, 7/6 or Wednesday, 7/7/2021 (one date required)

Fitting Date: Thursday, 7/8 or Friday, 7/9/2021 (one date required)

Covid Retest: Monday, 7/12/2021 (required – can also be optional work date)

Shoot Date: Tuesday, 7/13, Wednesday, 7/14, Thursday, 7/15, Friday, 7/16/2021

Covid Retest: Monday, 7/19 (required)

Shoot Date: Wednesday, 7/21, Thursday, 7/22/2021

Shoot Location: TBD

Rate: $88/8 minus Agency Fee + $22/2 test & fitting bump
